The Whispered Caress is a a divine spell cast by members of the Whispering Sisters, this spell results in the caster growing a set of black feelers. For the duration of the spell, the caster can then make an attack roll that ignores the target’s armor with these feelers that results in the the defender having to make a saving throw or be overcome with unreasoning terror. These feelers are incorporeal and do not have any other effect except for looking quite creepy. They cannot, for example, grab things.
