The Lords Sanguine have some vampiric traits, and they do drink Tarrasque blood. Stirges are also bloodsuckers.
The Bergolasti vampire frog (50.26) is so-named because it is parasitic; it does not appear to be a true vampire.
Bloodwretches have the vampire’s traditional weaknesses, but not its strengths. They subsist on ‘rosewater’, ersatz blood.
A vampire hangs in Jahur, the subject of a failed execution.
