The Green Lady is said to be the mother of the elves.
Peoples
The elves are divided between the seelie (Vo Tume in their own language) and unseelie.
Most unseelie went into exile with the Queen Sinister; most seelie remained. The white elves of Zaal are exiled seelie; the Drow and the Chief Librarian (28.07) are unseelie who remained.
The quicklings are also an elfish people, though whether they are seelie, unseelie, neither or both is yet to be specified in a hex entry.
Likewise, the high elves of Alacoda, a distant empire, are of unknown stock.
Seelie Accords
The elves allowed The Prince of Men to log their forests if he became a signatory of the Seelie Accords, which shared out elfish lands between seelie and unseelie, and returned the Seal of the One King from Mirror Lake (37.01).
